This bicycle bag can be used for riding on level surfaces, but beware of what you put in it. Some food or supplements would be ok, but I would not trust it with your keys or iphone simply because it uses two small pieces of Velcro tape as a locking mechanism to protect your goods. No way would I trust this easily compromised enclosure with my keys or my iphone - they could be gone with one rough ride! I would prefer to have a more trustworthy sealing device on the bag such as a zipper,or something else that is more secure than two small pieces of Velcro tape.
This bag is great! It is large enough to store every item I need when I go out riding and compact enough to not get in my way. I recommend this to anyone who rides.
